1. Eligibility

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription Plans: Certain features of the App require a paid subscription, which is available on a monthly or yearly basis. Detailed pricing and plan options are available at www.sysbi.com.
• Free Trial: We may offer a 15-day free trial. After the trial ends, your account will be temporarily suspended unless payment is made.
• Payment: Payments can be made only through supported payment gateways integrated into the web admin panel. Only admin accounts can make payments. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your web admin account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

3. License & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Share your login credentials or sublicense your account access

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the information you upload (e.g., client data, notes, files). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for providing and improving App services.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

6. Modifications & Updates

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
