  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service hasn’t been started.
  • To cancel, email us at support@infoaadi.com with your order number and reason.
  • Once the service begins or is delivered, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made within the allowed window are eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are allowed in cases of duplicate charges or service misrepresentation.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after service initiation or completed services.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund is initiated.

4. Razorpay Payment Gateway Terms

  • All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Razorpay may take up to 5–7 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account depending on your bank.
  • Infoaadi Softwares is not liable for any delays caused by bank or payment gateway operations.
